My role as a UX/UI designer with the media.monks team allowed me to contribute to Into the Storm, where we digitally recreated this intense rescue operation. This project isn't just a recounting; it's an interactive experience that puts users in the boots of a pararescueman. Our goal was to not only tell a story but to inspire visitors to consider the pararescue path themselves. The challenges and decisions these heroes faced are captured as interactive hotspots throughout the experience. We designed these elements to be intuitive and smoothly blend into the unfolding story. Whether on mobile or desktop, users interact through simple gestures like scrolling and dragging, pulling them deeper into the narrative without breaking immersion.
